On this page I will periodically post some of my favorite scenery photos and pictures of family, friends, and church.
On Thanksgiving Day, 2008, I weighed in at 233 pounds and my blood cholesterol was at the same 233 measure. Thanks to
good support from family, church, and friends; and a lot of personal discipline, I celebrated my birthday on July 22, 2009,
55 pounds lost and my doctor says my cholesterol is at a "too low" 87. Praise the Lord!
By the way, I also got a haircut!

young woman. We are so very proud of both of them.
